We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Our family of five felt very comfortable and at home. The place was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially enjoyed the patio space and the peaceful neighborhood. The location was perfect, it’s a very walkable neighborhood, close to everything on Newport Avenue, while still feeling quiet and relaxing. I loved taking morning walks along Sunset Cliffs, and we enjoyed being able to spend so much time outdoors. With San Diego’s beautiful weather, it’s hard not to want to be outside exploring! We had a great experience staying in Ocean Beach and truly enjoyed everything San Diego had to offer. We would happily stay here again and look forward to coming back!
