This house is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. Pets are not allowed. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
Please Note: We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters.

The cost was a bit higher for the week then I wanted. As we were there we checked the current cost and was $4000 less. Location was beautiful and right at the cliffs and overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Great hiking and walking trails. Very easy to get to house from the airport. A lot of traffic but fast and easy drive. House was a perfect size for 5 of us. Issues that we had were : couldn’t use the garage because it smelled like cat pee, couldn’t use the app that was suggested and had to call to get another code to get in, nothing to clean with so if you were to stay an extended period of time you would have to go and get counter spray, dishwasher cleaner, etc. I was only able to wipe down counters with thin paper towel and water. Iron had buildup on it and ruined a shirt however with all that I was able to contact the management company renting the house immediately so that they were aware so it all could be rectified. All in all I would rent this house again. We loved our trip!!
This was great! Excellent place tucked away.
Perfect house for our family celebration! Great location, surfing, walking and hiking! Amazing view, easy walk to cliffs, to surf, watch the sunset. Great house to host guest for dinner! We had beautiful weather so enjoyed open window’s and the sea breeze all week. Will definitely go back for future visits!
